Pros: better than just foam, good cushioning, fairly thin for the amount of cushioning
Cons: too small for the seat allows edges to be felt, needs more tapered edges on front and sides, front corners could be more rounded
"I think the cushion is fairly comfortable and helps on my new LEAP chair. However, I wish it was a bit larger. A 20" w by 18" deep model would be nice and a bit thinner model with a 1/2" memory foam top would male it so the surface feels smoother. It would also be nicer to have more a more gradual taper on the front and sides, especially since it does not cover the entire chair surface. Rounding the front corners more would also be good so people that spread their legs somewhat when sitting don't feel the edges at the corners."
